To me (Andrew Trento) the highest form of leadership is servant leadership. Doing for others without expecting anything in return. A servant leader embodies beliefs, deals with adversity, has an impact, and leaves a legacy. Vargas Taekwondo hosted POINT level 2 in Jan, POINT Level 1 in March, POINT Level 3 in May, a seminar in August, and our 3rd Annual Conference. I am very grateful for their unwavering support and loyalty to this system and both Grandmaster Peter Vargas and Master Linda Vargas rightfully received the Servant Leadership Award at this years conference!
